1. Do you offer a product warranty?

All our RPET Bags come with a 6 month warranty as standard, this covers against defects in material or workmanship.

*The Warranty does not cover misuse or overloading which can cause damage to zips and other components. 

We’re committed to developing quality & robust products which are made to last, without compromising the environment. 

All our clothing comes with a 30 day guarantee. *providing wash instructions are followed

2. How are your bags packaged?

All bags are packaged in a protective mail order bag.

These are made out of recycled materials.

Our aim is to continue improving all aspects of packaging and also delivery to limit

our impact on the environment as much as possible.

 

3. What size laptop's will fit in the Eco One bag?

The Eco One bag can hold any size laptop in the designated sleeve up to 14" screen size - however please note it can be dependant on age and screen casing of the laptop.

4. Are the Eco Bags Waterproof?

All of our bags are Splashproof, however not 100% Waterpoof as we have chosen not to include a fully waterproof coating until the technology and material is available (and competitively priced) to make these easily recyclable at the end of life.

The outer surface is made from recycled woven PET (RPET) and is double lined using an inner 610D (RPET) material and has a padded laptop sleeve that provides extra protection for everyday use.

5. Where are the items manufactured?

All of our products are designed in the UK – South Wales to be exact, with the recycled plastic bottle (PET) materials being sourced and produced in Asia.

Industry leading technology in this region allows for the conversion of recycled plastic bottles (PET) into RPET fabric using environmentally sustainable practices. Our efforts where possible are to source locally manufactured products and materials.

 However, we work closely with our international suppliers to ensure they meet global standards for the recycled materials as well as Social and Ethical conditions, including ensuring factories are run to European standards, and are BSCI accredited.

6. How are the items delivered?

We currently use Royal Mail for all our shipments. You will receive a Royal Mail parcel number via email and each parcel will need to be signed for when delivered so we can ensure it has arrived safely.

 

7. For international shipments - will there be customs and duty rates to pay?

We can confirm there will be no customs duty for international customers - this is included within the shipping cost. Please select the 'international' shipping method at checkout stage.
